Privacy Policy

What we collect

We only collect what you choose to give us:

• Enquiries. When you contact us (for example at [email protected]), we receive your name, email address, and whatever you write to us.
• Job applications. When you apply through our careers page, we receive your name, email address, your cover letter, and any files you upload (such as a resume).

We do not buy or collect your personal information from third parties, and we do not sell it to anyone.

How we use it

We use your information only to respond to your enquiry or to assess your application. We do not use it for advertising and we do not on-sell it.

How it is handled and stored

This site runs on Cloudflare. Specifically:

• Cloudflare Turnstile protects our forms from bots. It may set a cookie strictly to confirm you are a person; it does not track you across other websites.
• Files you upload through the careers form are checked for basic validity, stored privately in Cloudflare R2 (never publicly accessible), and automatically deleted after 90 days.
• Application notifications and enquiry replies are delivered by email through Resend and Cloudflare Email Routing.

Cloudflare and Resend act as our service providers and process this data only on our behalf.

Retention

• Career application files: deleted automatically after 90 days.
• Emails and enquiries: kept only as long as needed to deal with your request, then deleted.

Your rights

Under the Australian Privacy Principles you can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you. Email [email protected] and we will action it. If you are not satisfied with how we handle a privacy matter, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.

Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows the current version.
